ASUHAN KEBIDANAN DETEKSI DINI TUMBUH KEMBANG BALITA DI TPMB SULISTIO RAHAYU LAMPUNG TENGAH

Abstract

Toddlers are a group of children aged 12-59 months. Health efforts for toddlers can be started
since the child is still in the womb until the first 5 years of life. The purpose of this study was to
provide midwifery care to An. H aged 36 months with growth and development at TPMB
Sulistio Rahayu Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province in 2024. The method used in
this study was descriptive with Case Study. The place was implemented at TPMB Sulistio
Rahayu Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province in 2025. The time of implementation of
this case study was in February 2025. The subjects used in the study were children aged 36
months. The sampling technique or research subject was Purposive Sampling. Midwifery care
for An H aged 36 months was carried out with anamnesis to examine subjective data assisted
by parents, physical examination, anthropometric examination and KPSP to determine the
child's growth and development, the results obtained were that the child grew normally.
Planning, implementation and evaluation by providing counseling according to complaints and
no gaps were found between the case and existing theory.
