Abstract

Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is all deaths of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period caused by its management but not due to other causes such as accidents or incidentals. The purpose of this study is to provide midwifery care to Mrs. M, 32 years old G3P2A0, 36 weeks 3 days of gestation with complaints of back pain and frequent urination at TPMB Bd. Eka Santi Prabekti, S.Tr. Keb in 2025. The method used is a descriptive research method and a descriptive research type with a case study. The place where this research was carried out was at TPMB Bd. Eka Santi Prabekti, S.Tr. Keb in 2025 in Central Lampung, Lampung Province in 2025. The time of implementation of this case study was on February 17 2025-March 15 2025. The subjects in this study were pregnant women with a gestational age of 36 weeks 3 days. The sampling technique and research subjects that will be used are purposive sampling. Midwifery care for Mrs. M, 32 years old, G3P2A0, gestational age 36 weeks 3 days with complaints of back pain and frequent urination has been carried out well. The diagnosis in this case is Mrs. M 32 years old, G3P2A0, gestational age 36 weeks 3 days, single fetus live intrauterine head presentation with complaints of back pain and frequent urination. Planning, implementation, and evaluation of Mrs. M, 32 years old, G3P2A0, gestational age 36 weeks 3 days, single fetus live intrauterine head presentation with complaints of back pain and frequent urination were carried out by providing counseling according to complaints and no discrepancies were found between the case and the existing theory
