Antenatal examination is a health examination carried out by pregnant women during their pregnancy. The purpose of antenatal examination is to monitor the progress of pregnancy and detect early any abnormalities or complications that may occur during pregnancy. During pregnancy, antenatal examinations are carried out at least 6 times, health workers, especially midwives in carrying out antenatal examinations must provide services according to minimum standards or what is commonly known as 10T antenatal care. The purpose of this study was to provide 10T Midwifery Care to Mrs. N which was carried out at TPMB S on February 25, 2025 which included weighing and measuring height, measuring blood pressure, measuring LILA, measuring TFU, Determining Fetal Position (Fetal Presentation) and Calculating Fetal Heart Rate (FHR), Determining TT immunization status, Giving Fe tablets, Lab Examination, Discussion (counseling), Case management. The method used in the study was (Case Study).
