Sore nipples are one of the breastfeeding problems that often occur in postpartum mothers caused by incorrect breastfeeding techniques. Sore nipples can be prevented by implementing correct breastfeeding techniques and breast care. The aim is to provide comprehensive and continuous midwifery care for postpartum mothers through a management approach and document the care that has been provided with SOAP documentation. The method used is a case study, carried out at TPMB S in Febuary - March 2025. Intermediate data collection techniques include interviews and observations and secondary data include documentation and literature studies. Results after midwifery care was carried out on Mrs. D aged 25 years P1A0 with sore nipples. Management of midwifery care was carried out by carrying out good and correct breast care and breastfeeding techniques. Suggestions are expected to develop more theories and practices for postpartum mothers with sore nipples.
