Chronic Energy Deficiency and anemia are two conditions that receive serious attention from both the global and
national health sectors. The purpose of this study was to determine the midwifery care provided to pregnant women
with chronic energy deficiency and anemia. The design used was a case study with Mrs. D, a subject experiencing
Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) and anemia at the Sri Mursiyati TPMB. The sampling technique used was
purposive sampling. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of
a SOAP format. At Mrs. D's first prenatal visit, based on anamnesis, she had consumed 50 blood tablets. An arm
circumference examination revealed a pale conjunctiva, and laboratory results revealed an Hb level of 10.7 g/dl.
Management for Mrs. D included counseling on nutritional enhancement, administering two iron tablets, and
recommending a repeat Hb test. Throughout the prenatal care, all care provided to Mrs. D was carried out
effectively, ensuring a smooth and uneventful pregnancy.
