Comprehensive midwifery care is a continuous service that covers the entire reproductive cycle of women, from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, to family planning services. This care aims to improve the health of mothers and babies optimally through a holistic, humanistic approach, and according to individual needs. In practice, midwives play an important role in providing quality, safe, and standard services. This study aims to describe the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care for a client during the antenatal period to contraceptive services. The method used is a case study with a descriptive approach. The results show that the implementation of comprehensive care can increase client satisfaction and support the mother's adaptation process to her new role. It is hoped that this care model can be widely applied to support the quality of midwifery services.
