Chronic Energy Deficiency is a condition where a person's nutritional status is poor due to a lack of
consumption of food sources of energy containing macronutrients that lasts a long time or is chronic
(Rahmaniar et al, 2011). Studies prove that mothers with poor nutritional status can cause fetal growth
disorders, give birth to babies with low birth weight, and can further impact intergenerational malnutrition.
Mothers with poor nutritional status (underweight) with a BMI of less than 18.5 kg/m2 have insufficient
nutritional stores, therefore during pregnancy they have to gain more weight than normal or obese mothers. The
aim of this research is to provide midwifery care for pregnancy to Mrs S at TPMB S Lampung Tengah Province,
Lampung Province. The method used in comprehensive care is a descriptive research method and the type of
descriptive research used is (Case Study). This place and case study was carried out at PMB S Central
Lampung. Implementation time is 19 February 2024 to 27 March 2025. The subjects used in this research were
pregnant women whose gestational age was over 35 weeks. The sampling technique or research subject is
purposive sampling, interviews and documentation studies in the form of SOAP format. Results: During
pregnancy, Mrs S made her first ANC visit at 36 weeks of gestation on February 19 2025, the second visit was
held on February 21 2025 at 36 weeks of gestation. Pregnancy examination with 10 T care, the results of the

prenatal care to resolve her case of CED and anemia so that her pregnancy would be optimal and at delivery the
mother and baby would be healthy and without complications.
